Where to make your payment

Rent due date varies based on our agreement with you when you signed the lease. Payment is due within 5 days of that date or you will incur an additional $100 fee. If you will be having trouble making your payment date, please let us know so we can work with you.

You can mail payments to us or make the payment at Bank of the West in downtown Steamboat.

To pay at Bank of the West:

Fill out a blank deposit slip with the name Bear River LLC on it in the upper left, put your name and house number on the upper right and your rent amount in the line for amount deposited. The teller will do the rest.
